As a result of the NHL suspending their season, we will be closing our Tooth Fairy Raffle For Red Wings Tickets promotion early and changing the prize.

Entries will be accepted until midnight Thursday 3/12. We will randomly select two winners who will each receive a $50 Target gift card! The winners will be contacted by end-of-day March 16.

How: Our patients take such great care of their teeth and gums and the tooth fairy celebrates that. In exchange, we want to celebrate the tooth fairy for National Tooth Fairy Day on February 28th.

Time to get creative! Send us any one of the entry options below for your chance to win Detroit Red Wings tickets. We want to see and hear about your tooth fairy experiences!

Entries could include:

  • Pictures where you’re giving your healthy teeth to the tooth fairy
  • A fun story about how a tooth fell out
  • Beautiful smiles with teeth missing
  • A drawing or story about how you got ready for the tooth fairy’s visit or what you found the next morning
  • Your own personal artwork drawing of the tooth fairy
  • Or anything else that’s tooth fairy related
