We are finishing up our 4th week of providing pediatric dentistry and orthodontic services in the time of COVID-19. We want to take a moment to say a big THANK YOU to all our patients and parents. We have been overwhelmed with your understanding and patience during this time as we adapt our former office to the current situation. Thank you for your kindness when scheduling appointments as well as your understanding and compliance with our new office procedures (masks, social distance, COVID screening).
The doctors and management team are working very hard to ensure that we operate safely while we meet the needs of our patients. To allow for appropriate social distancing and increased office sanitation, we are required to schedule fewer appointments per day. We know you have noticed the increased wait times to get an appointment. We empathize with you about this dilemma and are working to add appointments in increments as it is appropriate to do so. We appreciate your patience as we build more capacity to serve you.
We are also so grateful for our wonderful team of dental healthcare providers. They have returned to the office with smiles, positivity, and a willingness to make the necessary changes to keep everyone safe. Thank you to our team!
Lastly, if your child needs an appointment to treat a dental problem or if your child is in active ortho treatment and we have not seen them yet please call us now to schedule at 586-286-0700. We are currently operating Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 2:00.
