We have some very exciting news to share with you! We’re honored to be named a 2019 Top Workplace by The Detroit Free Press.
The list was announced on November 10th in a special section of The Detroit Free Press. The award is based solely on the anonymous feedback of our own employees through a survey administered just a few months ago.
We are extremely proud of our office and the exceptional staff that we’ve assembled through the years. So many of our staff members have made a career of serving our patients and our community with many of them retiring after over 30 years of service with us. We think this consistency helps to provide our patients and their families with the best care and experience possible. We would like to give our amazing team a shout-out and thank all who participated and provided their input. Thank you for making this happen.
What makes us a top workplace?
Our staff members gave us some great insight into what they like about working with us. Some highlights include that we foster a culture of inclusion and that our practice promotes a family centered atmosphere. Additionally, the wide variety of benefits that are provided to our staff members was universally appreciated. Many of our employees were happy to report that they like the direction the company is going and that their voices are heard as we continue to grow and adapt through the years.
